What the billing buttons do when live
Every billing action is recorded in MarketVista first, then confirmed with the payment provider before plan access changes.
Queues a plan change. Live mode applies it only after Stripe or PayPal confirms the subscription update.
Records a cancellation request and applies the gateway change according to the plan policy.
Creates a refund review case so support can review the payment, receipt, and account status.
