These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the MarketVista AI platform, including public pages, member pages, AI workflows, live tools, planning surfaces, and related services.

Eligibility, accounts, and access control
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless caused solely by MarketVista misconduct.
- MarketVista may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where needed for security, abuse prevention, billing, legal, or operational reasons.
No investment advice or guarantee of results
- MarketVista AI provides software, information, planning tools, analytics, and AI-assisted interpretation for informational and educational use.
- Nothing on the platform constitutes a promise of profitability, success, execution quality, or risk-free trading.
- Users remain solely responsible for evaluating market risk, trade suitability, position sizing, and compliance with applicable laws and broker requirements.
Market data, quotes, and AI outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or imperfect
- Quotes, market data, alerts, model outputs, and AI commentary may contain delays, omissions, formatting issues, or temporary inaccuracies.
- Feature availability may depend on third-party services, data providers, connectivity, plan entitlements, or staged rollout conditions.
- Users should verify critical information before placing trades or relying on time-sensitive data.
Acceptable use of the platform
- Do not misuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform or connected services except where applicable law clearly permits it.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass entitlements, security controls, account restrictions, or payment obligations.
Plans, payments, and feature changes
- Paid access, renewals, plan levels, and billing terms may be governed by additional ordering, invoicing, or subscription terms.
- MarketVista may add, remove, improve, reorganize, or retire features, designs, pages, or workflows at any time.
- Some pages may remain preview-only, restricted, or plan-dependent even if referenced elsewhere on the site.
Ownership of the platform and content
MarketVista and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, code, designs, branding, workflows, AI presentation layers, and related intellectual property except for limited user rights granted to access the service under these Terms.
Third-party services, brokers, and external content
- MarketVista may link to, rely on, or integrate with third-party tools, data providers, brokers, or services.
- MarketVista is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data quality issues, or actions taken by those third parties.
- Your use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and policies.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketVista disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the service.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketVista’s total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount paid by you to MarketVista for the applicable service period giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if no fees were paid.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarketVista, its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
Policy updates, severability, and enforcement
MarketVista may update these Terms from time to time. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of any right.
MarketVista AI is a software and information platform. It does not guarantee market performance, trade outcomes, execution quality, or profitability, and it should not be treated as a substitute for independent judgment or professional advice.
Use of the service is at your own risk. The platform may experience outages, design changes, feature gating, data issues, or service interruptions, and MarketVista does not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, accurate, or available.
By using MarketVista AI, you agree that MarketVista may enforce these Terms, protect the platform, investigate misuse, restrict access when appropriate, and rely on all rights and defenses available under contract, law, and equity.
